The Parsonage 1865 is a 10 Bedroom/10 Bathroom Victorian Estate with the capacity to accommodate up to 23 guests.  Featuring a beautiful courtyard and tiered gardens, this expansive property is ideal for hosting unforgettable events such as rehearsal dinners, intimate weddings, family reunions, and retreats.

Nestled in the heart of historic Nevada City, this charming home has a rich history, having once served as the Parsonage for the Methodist church in the late 1800s. Positioned on Broad Street, the main thoroughfare of the city, it offers an unparalleled location just a stroll away from the local restaurants, cozy coffee shops, bars, theaters and nightlife.

Our home offers comfortable, luxury accommodations, with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. Whether you’re looking for a cozy weekend getaway with family or a hub for your outdoor adventure, The Parsonage 1865 is the perfect place for you and your group.  To accommodate groups of all sizes, our property can either be booked as a full property buyout or as individual units with their own private entrance. In either event, because of the historic nature of the home, we only accommodate small pets in our Bungalow.
